Yes, simply ensure the placement of the bouncy castle is on a flat ground level (no slope) and provide a powerpoint (13amp – standard 3pin or 16amp c form) at the placement of each bouncy castle. Do also note that there will be an additional fee for outdoor placement, and/or placing bouncy castle on grass or sand.
Yes, we offer complimentary 1 day set up before your event date subject to availability of the bouncy castle.
To ensure safety during wet weather, please turn off the blower immediately if it starts to rain. This helps prevent electrical tripping or damage to the equipment. There will be no refund given.
